Albie McMahon

Albie is a massage therapist who has been qualified for over 20 years. He is a former chairman of the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists and a member of the British Complementary Medicine Association.

He opened Hands-on Health because he realised that there was a need for a clinic where people could get treatment and advice from a variety of health care professionals, working together in one place, rather than isolated from each other in different practices.

Albie provides a range of massage treatments for rehabilitation, stress relief and relaxation, including therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, seated massage and hot stones massage.

He is also a qualified TRX instructor whose clients are aged between 18 and 80+!

A keen windsurfer, squash player and salsa dancer, and an enthusiastic rugby supporter, Albie also plays lead guitar with local band Mantis, and in an acoustic duo, with his daughter Laura.
