Renata Saracchi
Renata is a Level 5 BTEC Soft Tissue Therapist with a degree in Physical Education from the University of São Paulo and a specialisation in biomechanics.
Her work is guided by a biopsychosocial approach, recognising that pain and movement are influenced by physical, emotional and lifestyle factors. Combining soft tissue therapy with movement education, exercise-based rehabilitation, Pilates, yoga and breathwork, she helps clients reduce pain, restore function and build long-term resilience.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, Renata aims to understand the wider factors affecting each individual. Her sessions may include hands-on treatment, movement assessment, targeted exercise and practical strategies to support recovery, wellbeing and sustainable movement habits.
Whether through treatment or movement-based sessions, her goal is to help people feel stronger, move more freely and develop greater confidence in their bodies. She works with clients experiencing chronic pain, stress-related tension, sports injuries and postural overload, supporting lasting improvements in movement quality and overall wellbeing.
At the heart of her work is the belief that movement should feel accessible, empowering and sustainable—whether the goal is returning to sport, improving daily function or simply feeling more at ease in the body.
