Kickboxing

Kickboxing is about more than just fitness and strength—it’s about building confidence in yourself and in the way you move. These women-only classes, led by a female instructor, Maria Graham, offer a safe and non-intimidating space to learn the art of striking.

Using focus pads and strike shields, you’ll learn a variety of punch, kick, elbow and knee combinations (with no high kicks required!). The focus is on the mechanics of movement, teaching you how to find your power through effective technique regardless of your size and strength.

As the weeks progress, you’ll see improvements in your balance, flexibility, and overall strength and fitness. These sessions are friendly, supportive and designed for complete beginners and all fitness levels.
