Our three well-equipped treatment rooms and 8 x 6.5 metre studio all have beautiful bamboo floors, underfloor heating, natural light and a choice of bright or subdued lighting. They also have plenty of power points as well as wifi and hard-wired computer ports.
The studio is suitable for a variety of uses, including exercise classes, lectures, seminars, courses, workshops, counselling or training sessions and meetings.
Each treatment room has a couch, practitioner's desk, upright chairs, mirror, phone point and hand-wash basin.
Room 1 also has a wide door for disabled access and an upholstered tub chair suitable for counselling clients.
The rooms and studio are available to rent by the hour, the half day or the day, including weekends, and rental includes use of our exercise mats and blocks, plus kitchen, reception area and toilet facilities.
