I’m ordinary.
I’ve had the ordinary amount of incidents and accidents, aches and pains, stresses and strains in my life, and from time to time, I’ve had professional therapists and teachers help me to sort out my health and fitness.
But if I were an Olympic athlete, a multi-million pound footballer, or an elite runner, I’d have a whole team of people working together to help me to achieve my goals and attain optimum health and fitness.
Why should it be that only extraordinary people get that kind of opportunity? That’s not fair!
It’s time that ordinary people, just like me, had access to a team approach to health and fitness. My partner Albie and I have worked hard to set up Hands-on Health, in Exmouth, to offer just that.
It’s time to be extraordinary.
