Sam Patchell

Sam has been involved in the fitness industry for over a decade and has experience in body conditioning, personal training, Nordic walking and FitSteps® (a dance-based fitness class) as well as yoga.

She is also fully qualified and CRB checked to teach yoga to children and adolescents, and has attended many workshops for her continuing development and knowledge.

Sam has recently started teaching for the NHS a class called Fall Prevention for the over 65s, bringing back to health people who have had a fall by strengthening them and allowing them to feel more balanced.

In her free time, she loves to cycle, dance latin and ballroom and do yoga for herself.
