Hands-on Health has been closed since mid-March, and like many other businesses in Exmouth, we have had to learn to adapt how we do business. Covid-19 has presented all of us with many challenges and some opportunities.
We have continued to assist patients via telephone calls, emails and Zoom meetings, giving as much advice and guidance as possible under the circumstances, and we are very grateful for all the very positive messages we’ve received.
We recognise just how many of you have asked to be first on the list when we reopen, but unfortunately we still have no exact date of when that will be. The next government announcement for our industry is due on 21 July, and our professional associations have been working tirelessly behind the scenes, to lobby government for guidance.
While we have always operated in a very safe environment, with hygiene and infection control part of our everyday processes, our professional associations have passed invaluable advice and knowledge on to us to ensure we are, in addition, as covid-secure as possible when we are allowed to reopen. We are now busy putting extra procedures in place for your safety and well-being. Things may look a little different, but we’re still the friendly Hands-on Health team you remember, and we’ll still be smiling behind the masks!
We’ll let you know what’s happening as soon as we can. We are really looking forward to seeing patients and clients again, excited to introduce some new team members and working towards a healthy future.
Keep well and keep safe.
