Vinyasa flow is a fast paced, dynamic yoga style that focuses on strength, flexibility and the breath and is suitable for anyone looking for a more fitness-based yoga class.

The term Vinyasa is often defined as ‘breath-synchronised movement’ and this style of yoga moves through a sequence of positions or asanas that are connected and flow with the breath, creating a smooth flowing and dance-like yoga class. Vinyasa Flow blends all the benefits of yoga in a rhythmic and gentle movement, leaving the body feeling energised and the mind clear.

Vinyasa Flow is suitable for all levels, placing some emphasis on alignment and the benefits of asanas, while keeping the integrity of the flow through movement and breath.
