Personal training is all about staying motivated – this is truly achieved through proper prescription and instruction. Your personal trainer, John Bailey, will pay close attention to your exercise form and workout routine, ensuring continual results.

Following your initial personal fitness assessment session, John will develop a bespoke training plan to set and achieve your goals, providing feedback and accountability. He will guide you through your entire programme of health and fitness development.

We recognise that every client is individual, and requires a bespoke plan that is progressive and challenging. You will be taken through all facets of fitness development, your diet, your lifestyle, making sure that you are leaner, stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile.

Personal training at Hands-on Health integrates a wide range of training disciplines and methods (e.g. circuit, kettle bells, power bands, TRX etc – inside and sometimes out of our private studio). This will ensure that your interest is high and your body is always being challenged in a wide range of ways taking you to an intensity level that produces measurable results.

All ages and levels of fitness are respected and catered for, including specific programmes to improve your favourite sport / pastimes and corrective exercises for rehabilitation from injuries / illnesses.

Through diligent planning and implementation John aims to make you feel like yourself again, only better!
