Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is a super-relaxed state of mind – it’s that state of being which makes you feel so good, because you are both physically and mentally relaxed and it’s what’s known as an altered state of consciousness.  It enables you to connect with your subconscious mind where you can recall memories, experiences, or events that have influenced your beliefs.  It also enables you to take yourself to an inner place of ‘centeredness’, where ideas and suggestions are accepted as being true, there is no logical evaluation. Whilst you are in a hypnotic state, suggestions are communicated to your unconscious mind, which enable you to bring about the change that is right for you.  You will accept these suggestions or ideas as being true because in this state you have turned off your inner chatter box, the voice that tells you what is and what is not possible.

Hypnotherapy is completely safe, you are in complete control and you will only accept suggestions that are for your benefit.
