Caroline is a VTCT Level 3 Qualified Mat-Based Pilates Instructor.
After being introduced to Pilates, she was hooked. The benefits of improved physical and mental strength are invaluable for the challenges of everyday life. She likes to run and paddle board, and Pilates has improved her ability and enjoyment of both these activities. She wishes that everyone had the opportunity to experience what Pilates can do for them and believes that working in small groups is essential to maintaining quality and focus throughout the session, enabling the balance of body and mind working as one.
