We offer a variety of yoga styles, Pilates, Boxercise and our much in-demand TRX training sessions as well as the unique Outside the Box circuit-style class we developed ourselves. All class sizes are small, so that we can ensure individual attention, encouragement and safety, and we always offer taster sessions.
Our clients range in age from 18 to 80+; some attend up to four classes a week. There are often classes running in our studio from 7.30am to 9.30pm. An added bonus is that, unlike many other fitness establishments, we allow clients a credit if they give us notice that they have to miss a class that they’ve booked as part of a course.
We’re very proud of our TRX training in particular; whether clients come to us to get fitter or for rehabilitation, we motivate and encourage them to achieve as much as they safely can. Results are outstanding at all levels, and orthopaedic consultants whose hip and knee replacement patients have benefited from our TRX classes have expressed their approval and surprise at the extent of their improvement. We feel privileged to be changing people’s lives.
