Albie McMahon

Albie McMahonAlbie is a massage therapist who opened Hands-on Health because he realised that there was a need for a clinic where people could get treatment and advice from a variety of health care professionals, working together in one place, rather than isolated from each other in different practices.

He has diplomas in Swedish massage and anatomy and physiology. He provides a range of massage treatments for rehabilitation, stress relief and relaxation and also offers seated massage in the clinic or workplace.

He is a former chairman of the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists and a member of the British Complementary Medicine Association.

Albie is also a qualified TRX instructor whose clients are aged between 18 and 80!

A keen windsurfer, squash player and salsa dancer, and an enthusiastic rugby supporter, Albie also plays lead guitar with local band Blue Arse Fly, and in an acoustic duo, with his daughter Laura Anya.
